The Inside Sales Representative will obtain and upsell orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and add value to the customer's buying experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical information to customers

Determine customer requirements and recommend solutions based on cost, availability or specifications

Work with vendors to obtain shipment dates and expected dates of delivery

Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed

Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Sales experience in a related industry

Knowledge of Instrumentation equipment

Knowledge of Control valves and Pressure relief valves

Superior customer service skills

Positive attitude and professional image

Technical expertise in instrumentation
