A typical day starts with all the management people giving you unrealistic timelines, goals and warning letters every single day!!! Not a single manager, nor the CEO is trained enough to know how to speak to their employees.... they are always yelling, swearing and use abusive language to demotivate you further....
The management seriously should do a course on management! because I have not come across a single company in my entire life that have managers like that. All the people managing are either relative or friends of the owner or VP.
The co-workers are good and you get along with them if you have time.
The hardest part of the job is breaks and work life balance! they first hire you and make promises that the environment is great and you have to work on one Saturday every month and you will get an off for that. This is all wrong.. they never do that... You have to work on one Saturday every month and they do not give you any off because they claim that since you are getting two 15 mins break everyday and one 30 min break for lunch your total hours is not what we require in a month so you have to work one day extra.... Initially during training they will tell you that each account manager will get 90 files but in no time it will reach to 145 and 160 so again the stress level reaches to a point that you can seriously get high blood pressure!!!
The compensation and perks... you can never get it because in my 5 months tenure I did not come across any person who was working there for more then 8 months... as soon as they reach to a point of being getting confirmed .. they fire them! I have seen at least 40 people leaving this company in just 5 months .... out of 40 at least 30 people were fired with no reason....So in short No perks no holidays nothing!!! You can not take a single day off because work load is so much that the next day your work will be doubled and for that you will be getting warning and later you ll get fired....
Further that adds on to the frustration is that there is no coordination between managers so although you have talked to one manager and submitted your argument the another manager can still
warn you because he did not knew about it
A friendly advice do not even apply for the job... you will be getting hired for sure because the interview is very easy and employee turnaround is too much and they need people every now and then
