Typical day at work: Developing marketing and business development strategies and tactics. Finding new clients. Managing clients' demands, negotiating contracts, budgets, schedules. Ensuring high customer satisfaction. Dealing with multiple shareholders locally and internationally. Managing very complex projects, ensuring better quality, considering budgets and time. Problem solving, analyzing issues, building honest and profitable relationships.

I learned:
To be a great leader by further developing my emotional intelligence skills.

I lead (inspired / motivated) result oriented multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia.

Co-workers:
Enjoyed creative and productive people with a great sense of constructive challenging.

Hardest part of the job:
Produce trimestrial reports for accounting.

When clients reach their goals because of our efficient team work.

At AECOM and SNC Lavalin the management is supportive towards the goals of the project as well as the advancement of the working engineering team. The most appreciative part of the work was and is working alongside colleagues with great experience.
