Our organization is looking for a Full-time Junior Technical Support/Administration
Full time 9 - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Excellent Communication skills, written skills, customer service skills, detail oriented.
Act as the single point of contact for all technical and application support.
Perform incident management, troubleshooting through to issue resolution.
Escalate issues to appropriate resources
Hardware support for desktop, network and peripherals
-Windows XP/7/8, Windows Server 2003/2008
-VNC, Remote Desktop.
-TCP/IP, Network Troubleshooting/Installation
