This role will provide front desk/mail/administrative support to all Company divisions. Duties will include, but are not limited to: providing back-up support to all reception areas; answering phone calls, providing answers to callers inquiries and directing each caller to the appropriate department; operation of postage meters; organization and delivery of mail; ordering couriers when necessary; greeting all clients in a professional manner; providing general administrative support. Candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, as well as be dependable & punctual. Qualifications include a minimum of three years of relevant office experience; minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple line switchboard environment; completion of a high school diploma; completion of college, or other business administration courses are an asset; excellent written and verbal communication skills; time management and organizational skills; high proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite. Typical office hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Must have the ability to work extended hours.
