Skills

Highly self-motivated and organized
Advance experience in Simply Accounting, Excel, Outlook and Word
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrate strong oral & written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and client/contractor relations
Bilingual (English/French. Fluency in ASL/LSQ an asset)

Responsibilities

Working closely with clients and contractors over the phone and by email
Taking assignment requests and booking contractors
Invoicing & bill payments
Bookkeeping data entry
Preparing operational and accounting reports
Maintain accounts payable & receivable
Process payroll

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in an office management related position

Education

College or University graduate (or student) in a related discipline
