Our client, in the distribution industry, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its team in Toronto. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will participate in the creation, implementation, and management of the human resources programs. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR including but not limited to: recruitment, training and orientation, benefits administration, payroll, health and safety and WSIB compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong HR Generalist background and a work ethic that has led to demonstrated success.

Post-secondary education with a focus in HR
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR in a generalist capacity
Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
Must be well versed in all aspects of HR including recruitment, benefits administration and payroll
Demonstrated business expertise and professionalism needed to work in partnership with other leaders and employees
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
