Our client, one of the world's largest providers of business outsourcing solutions, is seeking an HR Assistant for an initial two-month contract. Our client offers a wide range of human resource, payroll, tax and benefits administration solutions. As an HR Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. Your main project will be to review beneficiary forms for signatures and reconcile these files against a master spreadsheet. Based on performance, you will have the opportunity to work on other HR projects as they arise.
Requirements and qualifications -

Strong analytical skills, ability to work on different projects with effective time management skills
Previous experience with data entry and Excel
University level education or a certification in Human Resources
A minimum of one year experience demonstrated in both an HR and Administrative role
CHRP designation (or working towards) an asset
