Our client, a well-established national provider of consulting services, is currently seeking an experienced Corporate IT Recruiter to join its team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full cycle recruitment for all roles assigned.
Your expectation will be to support high volume recruitment, for more than twenty active requirements at any given time. You will need to demonstrate the ability to think outside the box for technical requirements. Being able to meet the needs that come with working in an ambiguous environment, and challenging stakeholder’s demands, will allow you to support and meet the needs of recruitment delivery.
5-7+ years’ experience in high volume, full cycle recruitment
Experience in recruitment of IT related roles
Ability to handle 20+ requisitions at any given time
Experience with professional services industry would be an asset
