We require a front desk Administrator for our clinic in Georgetown. The ideal candidate will have a mix of customer service and business backgrounds.

Some of the job duties you will be responsible for will include:

  • Scheduling appointments for Physiotherapy as well as Massage Therapy
  • Greeting all patients as the enter the clinic
  • Taking payments, balancing 20/20 machine
  • Conducting insurance checks on all patients
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner and providing accurate information to patients
  • Billing for private insurance, WSIB and MVA patients
  • Accounts receivable
  • End of day reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in a clinic environment is an asset, but not required
