POSITION TYPE: Full Time (Permanent)

START DATE: Mid May 2014 (flexible start date)

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating and posting job advertisements
Filtering through resumes
Data entry of hire pack information into HR and Payroll programs
Updating lists and organizational chart
Assist with processing of payroll and related earnings & deductions
Phone bill management (download, enter into excel, add travel plans)
Alberta Blue Cross Invoice coding
Filing, e-mail, scanning documents
Reception relief as required
Other adhoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

Computer applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
Sage knowledge and use an asset
English – excellent skills required
Proven ability to draft business memos, letters
Strong Interpersonal skills
Typing speed of 40 wpm or more
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidentiality of personal information
Preferred experience in hospitality or tourism management, business administration, administration, commerce, human resources etc. Related education an asset.
