Calling appropriate guards to schedule shifts according to email and phone requests
Filling shifts when guards book off and/or no shows
Filling shifts for last minute requests
Explaining shift details over the phone to guards after confirmation of booking
Emailing shift details to guards after explanation over the phone
Follow up with client/supervisor to report the name of guard who will be doing the shift
Answering all phone calls (when at desk) with schedule inquiries, job opportunities and other HR related issues
Redirecting phone calls when appropriate
Responding to inquiries through emails as soon as possible
Responding to voice messages as soon as possible
Follow up with dispatch when details are missing in reports
Meeting with employees when they walk-in to the office with inquires
Entering shift information into computer applications
Creating electronic schedules
Tracking employee's weekly hours through computerized system
Updating schedule changes in connected applications
Preference will be given to individuals with Security experience and ideally in a control room environment.
