Productive and very relaxing enviroment
Service Desk Technician/ Mainframe admin/ AD (Current Employee) –  Louisville, KY30 April 2014
Working in Mainframe, Active directory, editing Knowledge articles, and helping agents with service calls. Management is really relaxing never putting to much pressure on employees.Coworkers really respectful. There is nothing hard about this job.

I can say that CompuCom gave me a first look into the IT world. Although the hours and pace were crushing, I developed customer communication skills and was able to learn how to convey IT knowledge to less-technical users.

They need to make a salary progress and open opportunity to upgrade candidates. They do not have a bonus system.

They do not have yearly profit system.
