The Loyalty & Retention Specialist has exceptional communications skills, a fierce drive to succeed and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Proactive outreach to existing customer base, relationship building and pain point resolution
- Cross functional internal collaboration to represent the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders and partnership to investigate/resolve client issues
- Recommend and execute campaigns in alignment with customer lifecycle churn events
- Track, measure and analyze customer information through campaign success and communicate trends and learnings
- Upsell of products and services and offer long term solutions to increase customer stickiness
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Conversational, consultative rightsizing and upselling
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Work effectively in a flexible and dynamic work environment
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
