VET HOSPITAL FRONT DESK POSITION
Busy, progressive vet practice looking for an enthusiastic people person who loves phone work to manage our client activation system and follow up on our treatment plans by handling client education, financial arrangements & scheduling. The majority of your day will be speaking with clients on the phone or in the practice & educating clients on medical procedures, answering their questions and working with them to get the recommended treatment done- that’s is your major responsibility. Your client education duties would include handling our marketing line- newsletters, brochures, reminders, etc.
If you are high energy, upbeat & love talking with people on the phone, you may be a match for us! Vet practice experience is a must. Experience as a tech & front desk a big plus!
This is a full time position. You may be scheduled to work daytimes, afternoon and early evenings and/or Saturdays 9 am – 2 pm. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.
