Leading health care clinic is seeking an individual responsible for handling switchboard, greeting clients, monitoring office supplies and setting appointments as required (35/100%). Managing spreadsheets, typing reports (65/100%) and filing.
Individual must possess typing speed (65 wpm) with a use of Dictaphone, excellent knowledge of windows XP Pro, MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Access), use of the internet and ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
Individual with 1-1.5 years experience preferred.
