Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems; MCSA/MCSE an asset. Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Navision 2013, Sharepoint Server 2010, VMWare 5, Microsoft Exchange 2007/2012, Microsoft SQL Server; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities; Ability to work independently or in a team.

Provide network and system administration, maintenance and support to multiple sites, servers and workstations; Administration and support of all software. Strategic planning and ongoing research of new technology, services and system development; Hardware installation and maintenance; Provide on-site training, workstation set-up, and Information Technology orientation; Design, develop, administer and support of in-house databases and reports; Software maintenance including licensing, updates, and patches; LAN Administration.
