College Diploma from a Secretarial Arts/Office Administration Program with a minimum 3 years experience in a secretarial/administrative position; or equivalent combination of education and experience; excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment; ability to work with minimal supervision as a member of the Administrative Supports team; competence in taking and transcribing minutes; ability to draft correspondence; good knowledge of computerized filing systems; familiarity with office equipment; superior understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Administrative assistance to Senior Management and committees and task forces. Preparation of notices, agendas and taking minutes of meetings, drafting correspondence, organizing meetings/training/events/conferences, occasional back-up reception and telephone duties.
