Good place to work, good management but not necessarily fun.
Sales and Member Service Representative (Current Employee), Peabody, MAJune 18, 2013
Pros: family-like culture
Cons: little room for growth
Community Credit Union is a good place to work but there is little to no room for growth in the company since it is a small organization. The management is great and very accommodating but the hours are long and the schedule is inconsistent.
