Pros: greatly flexability and respect of work life
Cons: structure was poor and prohibited browth
All things lending and an intregal part of the management team were part of my daily routine.
From Collections and reposessions to loan growth projections.
Risk analysis and internal controls to large commercial loan approvals. Responsible for and the direct contact to internal and external audit teams. Part of the executive team to ensure proper reporting of Financial Statements as per provincial and federal legislation.
Strong working knowledge of LOS, banking systems including early Eroworks implementation/conversion.
Working with all facets of the CU system management and board.
An great appreciation and experience with of CU international movement.
