PROJECT COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to: Inside Sales & Logistic Manager
Department: Logistics

Primary Responsibilities

Successfully manage the daily activities of ComRent's load bank rental equipment business including:

 Fielding inbound sales inquiries from past and prospective customers by phone, email and fax.
 Consult with customers to obtain the necessary information in order to configure the best solution for their application.
 Specify and quote proper equipment to meet the technical solution requested by the customer in the proper timeframe to meet customer’s expectations.
 Create and enter the solution in the company’s rental software system for follow-up and possible conversation to an order.
 Follow through and execution of the companies process once the sale has been made, in order to execute and fulfill the customer’s contract.
o Close the sale
o Obtain customer PO
o Learn and understand the customers procurement process
o Source and obtain all equipment specified
o Schedule appropriate shipping requirements that fit the job
o Manage the contract steps electronically using Rental Result software.
o Arrange pickup and return of equipment when appropriate
o Review and amend the contract in RR and forward to AR for billing when complete.
 Participate in companies quarterly inventory process to identify equipment loses.
 Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

 High School Diploma
 Basic knowledge of electricity with the ability to learn and utilize electrical formulas necessary to successfully formulate technical solution to customer’s applications.
 Understanding of logistics and necessary load calculations used in arranging the shipping of equipment of various sizes and weights using a number of different trucking solutions.
 Above average math and reading skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and computers in general.
