Maternity Leave – 15 month contract position

This position is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience and knowledge for future reference. Person will be responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in the organization. These tasks may include, general filing, scanning, emailing and attaching corresponding paperwork. You will be handling production worksheets, packing slips, material receipts & bills of lading.

Person must have vehicle. Hours are: 8:30am - 5:00pm


  • High school diploma and/or Business Administration Degree
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and to organize, prioritize and multi-task
  • Effective communications skills (listening, verbal and written)
  • Must maintain a positive attitude
  • Good analytical, mathematical and problem solving techniques
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Outlook & Excel
