We believe that leadership is delivered with passion and by example. We are looking for a Salon Manager that has strong managerial, administrative and mentoring skills.
- Ensure that the highest levels of guest service are achieved throughout the salon
- Responsible for the financial growth, success and synergy among 3 domains- Salon, Spa and Retail
- Responsible for building the location's financial budget
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all team members
- Identify education opportunities monthly and create strategy to address deficiencies
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of team members
- Support strong communication standards by maintaining an open door policy with all staff
- 3+ years in a Management role
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality management
- Superior leadership and coaching/communication skills
- Solid administrative and time management capability
- Ability to maximize levels of efficiency in the salon
- The desire to be challenged and acquire new knowledge
- Passion for Aveda products and services is an asset
