Texas based company. This job was inbound and outbound calling for direct energy and its daughter companies, on an automated dialing system. We took mostly inbound calls for customers who wanted to make their payments. we also set payment arrangements for customers who weren't able to pay on time. We also reconnected lights for customers who pay but had lights shut off. I took Customer service calls for customers who had concerns about charges on their bill or customers with power outages in their area, as well as enroll customers into direct energy power to go (pay as you go) program.
