Communicating with upper management personnel and coordinate all activiities relevent to the relocation of all collegial activities to a new facility. I learned to work with all levels of management, non union and unionized, and be a team player. I had an excellent working relationship with all of my management co-workers and enjoyed a leadership role with my subordinates. The most difficult part of the job was the effective execution of task with the limited time available. However, this was completed with-in budget and on time. The most enjoyable part of my job was working closely with all levels of management discovering new personal levels of competence and establishing new working relationships.
