Fun and Fast Pace
Residential Real Estate Agent (Former Employee), Huntingdon Valley, PAApril 15, 2014
There is a lot of reaching out to prospective clients. I learned something new everyday. The hardest part of the job was when the clients blames me for things that are beyond my control. The best part of the job was seeing the happiness of my clients when they get the keys.

Our broker was great at having required continuing education in house.
Licensed Real Estate Agent (Former Employee), Elk River, MNApril 7, 2014
Pros: closing day with clients who were happy with my help.
Cons: the many expensed required to stay in the business.
My broker at Coldwell Banker was top notch. For the last 4 yrs I took care of my elderly parents until they both passed. At the same time I worked in real estate part time. The most enjoyable thing about being a realtor was meeting and working with new clients.

Self Motivated Opportunity
Licensed Sales Agent (Current Employee), New Orleans, LAMarch 20, 2014
Pros: they don't have many of full time agents, office space is in excess. .
Cons: no benefits, no team building, aged sales force, no field training system
The Coldwell Banker Brand is a great brand. How each franchise run their companies is different. Within Coldwell Banker TEC, its more of a sales organization. There is no team building within. For an inexperienced agent this may affect their ability to be motivated. However for a person who is experienced in sales and only wants to sell this is the – more... perfect place because of the tools they provide. – less

Pros: community involvement, great people
Cons: they left park city.
The people made the difference. I liked the awards and trips I would win for my performance. The culture of their Community Foundation and the giving everyone gave was impressive.

Great place to learn principals of real estate
Real Estate Sales Associate (Current Employee), Murrysville, PAFebruary 25, 2014
Pros: professional environment
Cons: tough to get leads
I am able to control the level of my income based on the amount of learning and time I spend building my sphere of influence. Tough to get going but I imagine after a year or so of working on it I may have a steady income. Beginners should start part time until the listings are on the board.

Administrative Assistant and Mentor
Real Estate Administrative Assistant and Mentor (Former Employee), Knightdale, NCFebruary 25, 2014
Pros: the most enjoyable part of my job was meeting, greeting, and processing new agents to the company.
Cons: the hardest part of my job was knowing that i did not have benefits.
• Edited contracts and listing agreements for accuracy
• Mentored new associates
• Processed commission checks
• Provided administrative assistance to the manager
and real estate agents & update database.

A typical day at work was fast pace and I had to multi-task to make sure that things was done daily. I learned a lot about people and the demands – more... that they put on administrative assistants. My co-workers were helpful and supportive. – less
