JOB DESCRIPTION: As a full time member of our Administrative Staff you are the smile that greets all our clients and agents. That smile extends to your phone manners and the way you calmly handle every situation. A lot will be asked of you…emailing, answering the phone, faxing, answering the phone, creating offers, answering the phone, booking appointments etc. etc. yes this can be daunting at times but you have the attitude to say “bring it on!”

QUALIFICATIONS: You must not take yourself too seriously but you take your job VERY seriously (we all depend on your proficiency). Your experience with Google apps and confidence in the ability to navigate various software programs is noted. You’re organized, very personable, a quick learner who takes direction and you can multitask with ease. You keep the show running!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is a Full Time position to cover a mat leave May 5th 2014-June 6, 2015.
