Pros: flexibility in terms of roles, career progression, opportunity to travel, remunération
Cons: work life balance, hr policies
Having worked for 6 years in Cognizant in India and Switzerland, I feel it is a great place to work. The best part is the flexibility to play any role if there is an opening. This is independent of your designation in the organization.
However, if a project is terminated by the client suddenly or when you finish one project and have to move between – more... projects, its a tough call and you may be pressurised by the HR / Workforce Management to pick up a position that you are not interested it. Sometimes you may be asked to move locations without any consideration for your personal situation - this can be quite challenging. – less
