Cognizant is a huge company with over 2,00,000 employees globally. Typically, projects range from more than one year to four years in time span and each project hosts huge teams with around 150 people. The best thing that I learnt is managing large teams with 20 people on the team and sailing the projects through all the turbulence and complexities.
