1.Being from Support hardest part is meeting short SLA's(10 mins to 1 hrs). We need to understand whether its a server issue,network issue, upstream application issue, Vendor issue, database issue etc etc and should react immediately.
2. As per the development experience, as a team we have did lots of value add items to learn more in Dot net platform.
