Nice company to start as your career. Hard to find an interest project to work on.

The day starts with updates and ends with updates. These are essential for the team to meet up the deliverables with ease. Things go very smooth with help of the encouraging and supportive management.
The team members are more like a family than like colleagues, bringing fun and enjoyment with little as well as big thing that we do.
The toughest part – more... of the entire day is waiting for our work to start up in situations where there is interdependabilty with in the team.
Yet by the end of the day we manage to meet the deliverables on time and get the much awaited appreciations. – less

1.Being from Support hardest part is meeting short SLA's(10 mins to 1 hrs). We need to understand whether its a server issue,network issue, upstream application issue, Vendor issue, database issue etc etc and should react immediately.

2. As per the development experience, as a team we have did lots of value add items to learn more in Dot net platform.

Currenly in ITIS department. I am satisfied with my work except staying in Bangalore.

The oppurtunity that i had gone through in my first project has made me stand very strong on the tool i have worked on INFORMATICA.
Had a tough time with this project as we had to work on weekends,but still gained a good amount of knowledge.

I work as a software developer and develops application. Since I work on internal project, there are not much opportunities to explore various options like working onsite, interaction with clients, etc.

your career growth is purely depends on the relation and rapport you have with your seniors. Only those people will get recognition who can wave their heads like animals as reply to whatever their seniors will say.Its not an US based company moreover u will feel as a TamilNadu based company. No ethics, no professionalism,,,,everywhere bossism.....i – more... never recommend anybody......i agree many will say its a best place but these guyz are under a safe umbrella where they are flexible to bend to do any type of work. – less
