Most days were the same, occasionally you'd get a long, or difficult call. I learned a lot about how those types of services work and how to go about calling into service company s, also i learned how to talk on the phone as I used to dislike phone calls. The hardest part of the job was getting a call about something you've never done before and having to get help or figure it out without the customer becoming irate. the most enjoyable part was probably the people, between nice customers you meet over the phone and the people you worked with it was normally a very pleasant environment.
