Work place is very friendly and conducive to communication and team work. A fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities to learn and for growth. Upper management understanding and invested in employee growth and willing to give opportunities to explore and try new things.
Fast growing and great potential for career development

What are you seeking for a company to work with? Great potential for career development and fast growing are my priority concern. Coast Fraser is exactly what I am seeking for to work with. Good work environment and nice colleagues make me even happier to stay with the company, and I am looking forward to growing with the company in future.

Overall a good place to work, friendly, fast pace working environment, knowledgeable and high turn over. Major potential for growth internationally if one applied him/herself. Good pay/Decent Benefits. It is a multi cultural office with lots of room for growth provided one strives for growth. Good location, restaurants close by and convenient transportation available.
No over time or unusual working hours, worked well for me as I am a family man. Higher up management willing to listen if you have new ideas.

The first day really stuck out in my eyes. The company gives you a laptop and sits you at your desk and you are left there. There is no training or guidance or any direction what-so-ever. It is far much worse if you aren't able to speak Mandarin. The common language of the office is not English, which at times can make it very difficult to effectively communicate. There is no support from upper management or HR, and there are many broken promises. Chinese business management style is very clear here.
Low Pay, So much turnover, no training, the management style, no company culture, the toll bridge
crazy company to get started with, no support and empty promises

you do what they ask, and they do not train you or give any support. I would recommend NOT working or even think or working for this company. Empty promises, bunch of liars. salary plus commission but they never allow you to sell anything............even the people in HR don't support the employees, it was all a lie from the beginning. waste of my time.
Account Manager (Former Employee) – Surrey, BC – 9 December 2016
The location isn't the most idea being right above the Surrey Central Sky train station. The management style is very old school and there isn't a company culture whatsoever. There is a very high turn over rate, just look at how many jobs they are hiring for at the moment. There never seems to be less than 3 or 4. The language spoken within the office environment is Mandarin, which can make it at times very difficulty to communicate effectively. Overall you may learn a few things, however there is also the Port Mann bridge toll to take into consideration when thinking about your commute. Also be careful of unkept promises from upper management. They tend to do that often.
