We are currently seeking a permanent full-time (9-5) or part-time bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide clerical, administrative and accounting support to the management team. The incumbent will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, manage schedules, prepare all documents (correspondence, presentations) for the management team, edit and translate documents, participate in the conceptualization and design of promotional and presentation material as well as ensuring accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Requirements:

Educational: High School Diploma; DEP, AEC or DEC an asset.

Years of experience: 2

Description of Qualifications: effective communication skills; organized and able to meet deadlines; experience with an accounting software; sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (in particular, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); initiative and detailed-oriented; and graphics design an asset.
