Our client in Dundalk, ON is urgently looking to hire for Office Assistant.
This is a temporary to permanent position after 3 months.
All candidates MUST have the following :
Handling the phones for the office.
Direct to appropriate individual.
Answer sales inquiries and general info requests
direct end users to distributors or dealers
sending e mails
enter and print sales orders, invoicing, accounts receivables
Printing and Shipping-
Prepare and ship catalogues for dealers
Communicate with production on shipping needs.
Prepare shipping documents
Get shipment quotes for outgoing whole goods
Keep excel forms updated
Update product assembly instructions
Update/maintain and promote our lesiurecraftusa.com website
Website blog, monthly e mails to all customers
Manage clip board schedule
Must be able to interview/start asap
Can commit to working Monday to Friday
Can commit to working 9am-5pm shift
