About the Opportunity

We have an immediate opening in our Mississauga location for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for scheduling appointments for the Business Development Managers of the company as well as maintaining calendars, departmental communications and daily call planning / execution.


  • Setup appointments from customers that have called in from advertisements
  • Contacting customers a day prior to appointment to confirm appointment
  • Accurate and up-to-date tracking of projects using the online project management system - CRM
  • Be punctual and present when needed in order to meet expectations of internal and external clients—do what it takes to get the job done
  • Approach work pragmatically and positively, taking on more when asked to, in order to manage a heavy, deadline-driven workload with a focus on client service
  • Successfully and positively communicate with others in the firm in order to promote team spirit and good working relationships
  • A sense of professionalism and respect for the confidentiality of company issues

Other duties may be assigned as required
As the ideal candidate you have:

  • 4 + years of customer service experience – CRM management would be an asset
  • Intermediate computer expertise is a must, including the use of word processing and spreadsheets
  • A strong command of English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, supporting team members to benefit our customer service goals
  • Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently
  • Competitive compensation package

NOTE: Work hours: Tuesday to Friday 12 noon to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM
