ClearMotive Marketing Group is seeking an Office Administrator to embrace the efficient daily administrative operations of a rapidly growing, full service marketing and communications agency.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will thrive if they aspire to develop and take ownership of all administrative processes, support all members of the organization and effectively handle daily accounting responsibilities.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of complex administrative experience with a proven record for developing efficient administrative processes and functioning effectively in a dynamic, demanding environment. Demonstrated basic bookkeeping and accounting experience, including strong Excel spreadsheet skills are a must. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be known for developing and maintaining strong relationships with peers, staff and clients. An interest in the marketing industry and desire to learn and support areas such as Analytics, Adwords, Social Media, Marketing Research and Intranets would be an asset
