The hardest part of work is when it is snowing.I am saying this because when i am washing the floor and a lot people are passing it makes the work to be so slowly and hard.But,it was hard in the first days and now i am used to it.What i have learned is to work when a lot people have gone to work and school.In that case it makes my work to be simple. – more... As a small company there is very little room for advancement, but wonderful customers to work for and the owner is very fair and very nice.

I would take orders and handle money while tending to a customer or guests needs.I learned that everyone is different and each individual is not always nice and i have to remain doing my job at a professional level.

I enjoyed being able to work alone and with others. I learned valuable skills I can use in the future.

a typical work day would include, doing dishes, waiting on customers, cooking, taking orders, cleaning tables, cleaning the grill, sweep n mopping, cleaning the ice cream machine, register, and closing.

The work environment was nice. The manager was very nice. My co-workers helped out as much as we could with the teachers.

Great Job, have to be self motivated, great communication skilsl. Get the job done on time but most importantly satisfy the customer.

Management was a retired Phillip Morris employee with little business knowledge. Gained knowledge in advertising and marketing. Hired and trained employees. Its easy to learn new things at the company as long as you are willing. some people think they are trying to use you but weather you doing this or that you still at work.

I'd get to work, turn on all the t.v.'s, get customer paperwork, match paperwork with products, load products into truck, and deliver to customers houses, do walk-a-rounds. sometimes make sales, overall a good job.

always started and ended with a good and calm vibe work load was hard but also manageable i wouldnt choose to do night work as it drained me alot and being 18 i didnt really have much of a social life. But above all that my co-workers and the management were easy to get to know and become friends with which made work a bit more enjoyable.

The cleaning part of this job was not easy but i learned how you can move up in any workplace, my co-workers were not serious about work and the hardest part was doing my job and there's but i enjoyed the free fries daily.

I was the first Marketing rep they had hired and I was more of a sales rep. I went door to door selling.

the job is okay its just a little unorginezed. i work from four to ten . i have to be at work three hours by myself.

I learned how to condense and maintain my area clean.
