Cleaning in general
Cleaner (Current Employee), Jasmine 2000 and 2020 – January 6, 2013
The hardest part of work is when it is snowing.I am saying this because when i am washing the floor and a lot people are passing it makes the work to be so slowly and hard. But,it was hard in the first days and now i am used to it.What i have learned is to work when a lot people have gone to work and school. In that case it makes my work to be simple. – more... My co-workers are good and we are all organised. We really enjoy in working together as a team. – less

Management of a small auto reconditioning service
Store Manager (Former Employee), Louisville, KY – November 25, 2012
Pros: experience in management of small business
Cons: owners bias religious requests
Customer service and auto reconditioning for retail and wholesale customers. Great experience in learning how to operate a small business. Management was a retired Phillip Morris employee with little business knowledge. Gained knowledge in advertising and marketing. Hired and trained employees. Major part in the reason for the shops first year to show – more... a profit. Owners had unusual demands such as choice in music and religion. First real hands on management opportunity. – less
