Pros: can't think of any
Cons: management, pay, hours
Worked for this company for eight months (I worked six sometimes seven days a week the entire time) Almost every pay-check was missing hours. They made excuses every pay as to why.
Management constantly complain about problems that we were having, but never offered suggestions to resolve those problems.
New employees would not get proper training, a few minutes walking around the plant and they expect you to know the job.
Very rarely did they supply proper work equipment, they'd keep the equipment lying in a pile on the floor covered in greaser from the day before then expect you to wear it. Management had no clue how to speak to employees. Some of them could not even speak English, and talk down to them or behind their backs.
