They payed well, but there were many times when they broke CUPE rules of when they can schedule you or just put you on a shift without telling you about it and there was not 3 days advance notice like it was said to have.

A typical day at work was very answering phone calls from people who needed help. I learned that if a company is not run by a good management team the business does not/can not function properly. My co-workers were all stressed out and their stress level showed in their daily work. The hardest part of the job was trying to find a balance between loving your job and not having support from management. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my co-workers and helping the public.
