BDC Representatives at City Buick are customer care specialists. They are the friendly and engaging “voices of the dealership” and mission-critical members of the first-impression team.
Our BDC representatives make outbound calls to schedule customers for Service visits and receive incoming telephone calls from customers with an inquiry or looking to make a Service appointment.
BDC representatives need to be enthusiastically customer-focused, knowledgeable about dealership and Service Department operations, computer literate, and have a great telephone manner. We can train on the software we use and share the operational knowledge needed, but a great attitude and a winning telephone presence are what our BDC Reps bring with them when they join our team.
This opportunity is a permanent, full-time position. Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 9:00AM and 6:00PM. The perfect candidate will have call centre experience. Auto dealership experience is not required, and we will be happy to also consider candidates without call experience with a great telephone manner and for whom a commitment to customer care comes naturally.
Compensation will range depending upon experience. BDC Reps are eligible to enrol in City Buick’s excellent group benefits plan after completing 3 months of employment. City Buick is located at Victoria Park and Lawrence.
