Cons: only get statutory holidays off
I enjoy the people I work with but I do not receive enough salary. We have great benefits that keep changing due to the nature of the company's financial status. Wonderful bosses who praise us but the new management are focused on improving the business and paying the employees less and cutting costs.

Pros: the benefits are good but sometimes it is not worth it
Cons: feel unappreciated and they do not really care about their employees
There is complete lack of communication here and you do not get an answer until the very last minute. Ways to do things change and no one will tell you until you get in trouble for it. They are not flexiable with schedules and if a problem comes up there not willing to work with you unless it is a business need.
