Pros: relieable hours, exspected pay, heat breaks, work benifits
Cons: standing on feet long hours, the heat and the cold
The thing I like best about Cintas is..you know what is expected of you when you are hired. They give you so much time to get better. The hours are solid and breaks are reasonable.
There are just a few stations at Cintas where you don't work on a team. As long as a person does not bring there home life to work you can get along with almost everyone.
The – more... hardest thing about Cintas is the hours on your feet, and the extreme weather changes.
The most enjoyable part about the job is the steady hours and the schedule never changes, you could plan the rest of your day/ or night.
Its hard work but worth it in the end of the pay period. – less
