Each management assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that particular department, to include 4 major areas: Service, Production, Office, and Sales.

The Service Manager assignment involves leading a team of Service Sales Representative/Route Drivers who deliver world class service and products to customers. Customers vary, to include industrial plants, small companies and large corporations. As a Service Manager, you will be involved in hiring, developing, training, and motivating your team to achieve goals, renewing/negotiating contracts, and driving to customer locations to maintain a pulse on service levels and troubleshoot customer issues. You will fill-in on routes if your Service Sales Representatives are unavailable. You will coach, evaluate, and provide performance feedback to the partners on your team.

The Plant Manager position is very "hands on" in a light industrial environment. Primary responsibilities include: maintaining a multimillion-dollar production facility; achieving increasing levels of quality through innovation; managing a multimillion-dollar budget; supervising Production Supervisors and entry-level Production partners; and, successfully managing all day-to-day activities in a multi-shift plant.

The Office Manager rotation entails successfully managing a team of administrative personnel, to include data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receptionist partners. Ensuring complete location audit compliance with all corporate policies and procedures is a top priority in this role. Bottom line results are expected of the Office Manager, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the location's accounts receivable goal percentages each month.
