Normally busy most of the time, have learnt to be patient and to deal with people. Management is helpful most have an open door policy, helpful and friendly. The tam i work with on the night shift make a good team that works together well an easy going and friendly team. The hardest part is dealing with people especially that face that sometimes the job requires that we call them at home regardless of the time of day. When on a busy night everyone puts in 100% effort to clear the workload and the manager always says "good job guys" sometimes even orders a coffee or pizza for everyone.

Overtime is extensive, unplanned, and required, with little to no notice given. Management is completely out of touch with the needs of the customer and the employee. One of the worst companies I've ever worked for.
