require a cook-chef for 7-8 week period (July -Aug) for west coast sport fishing lodge. Must be organized, self motivated and good in inventory, ordering and food presentation. Mainly responsible for supper hour, seafood appys, 5 meal rotation throughout season, and desserts. Some lunches or hot breakfasts. Must have baking skills as well . Require serving it right, food safe, level 1 first aid and WHIMIS if possible. Boat operators licence an asset.There are no days off, straight through 7-8 weeks.
