 Employee must live in the Calgary or Edmonton area
 Available to travel; Edmonton/Calgary 1-2 times/month, SK and MB (approx. every 6 weeks)

 Experience creating and managing sales budgets that are attainable

 Reliable newer model car/truck
 Must have a valid current Driver’s License
 Home based office
 MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook experience
 Able to read blue prints (metric and imperial) an asset
 Has strong basic math skills (multiplication, addition, subtraction)
 Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers
 Demonstrates time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow-up with customer)
 Detail oriented
 Has a strong “Team Work” and “Yes we can” positive attitude

o Develop and grow the Silestone®, ECO® and Granite countertop with our Big Box Retailer
accounts in AB, SK, and MB
o Develop and maintain current product knowledge
o Maximizes the use of the Cosentino information to cultivate customer relationships
o Conduct educational training sessions for associates at the store level in all areas
o Negotiate and place key displays in all areas
o Communicate and ramp up promotions
o Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochure, and other collateral supplies
o Problem solve installation and other issues with store personnel
o Identify and resolve any client concerns
o Be available to work all company sponsored trade shows in Western Canada.
o Continue to establish Employer as the preferred Western Canadian countertop vender for Big Box Retailer Accounts
o Assist in developing and executing business plans
o Gather market intelligence and provides data to Regional Marketing Manager and GM
o Ensure all new customers are set up appropriately according to marketing and sales standards
o Immediate and accurate response to customers regarding price quotes
o Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within
assigned territory
o Report daily activity through CRM program
o Other duties as assigned
o Criminal record and background check will be required upon being hired
*The company reserves the right to add to or change this description as it sees fit
$40,000 to $50,000.00 plus incentive bonuses
Car Allowance, Cell Phone and Gas card provided as well as office equipment if needed..
Basic Benefits offered after 3 months
Start date is ASAP but flexible to ensure we find the right candidate.
