Better at Home Program Coordinator
28 Hours per week
Better at Home is a program that provides non-medical support services delivered by a mix of paid contractors and volunteers to seniors to help them stay in their homes for as long as possible. The Coordinator is the key contact for the day-to day operations of the program and is involved in developing, coordinating and promoting services as well as policy and procedure formulation, program evaluation and budgetary tasks. A community Advisory Committee serves to guide and advise the Coordinator on local Better at Home program development and service delivery.
