Loved the Floor Manager she was so much fun. The rating for manager was not her rating but the hotel manager. Overworked at the time I worked there. I was able to learn so much and have met so many guests who make the job rewarding. You must be able to work under a lot of stress and be able to multitask every single day. You have to be able to learn quickly and ask questions if you are unsure. The hardest part of the job is remembering not to take personal the negativity on the part of the guests. Just remember service with a smile.
