Our Client is a world leader in the development, manufacture and supply of IT networking and hardware solutions, including hardware, software and services. We are presently seeking a Workflow Solutions Consultant, for their Toronto office.
Compensation includes an attractive salary, plus commissions, bonuses and full benefits.
In this specialist role, you will be responsible for providing analytical and sales support to a team of Consultants and Account Executives. You will assist sales by identifying and analyzing the customer's workflow and business processes, architecting solutions and making recommendations that will integrate IT networking hardware and software solutions designed to increase workflow productivity. Providing documentation, presentations and proposals to the customer, conducting financial analyses and assisting on responses to RFPs, RFIs and large tenders are also your responsibilities. You will take ownership of the software pipeline, and you will help develop plans for a smooth delivery and implementation process.
3 -5 years direct customer business interaction in a consulting, implementation or sales role. Experience working with computer networks and operating systems
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Experience with MS Project
Working knowledge of common PC and MAC office applications,
Working knowledge of communications devices and protocols
Solid working knowledge of server and desktop technologies, and digital document workflow Strong business acumen
A University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
