Cons: the downtime between projects.
This position was to first do a due diligence of current processes in place. It was followed up by working with my associates on the project to develop solutions to the process in order to gain efficiency or to completely redesign a whole new process to achieve the company's goals.

As a Contract Flight Attendant, I've experienced working on a variety of aircraft types; BBJ, Global Express, Gulfstream, Challenger, Falcon and Legecy. Each client requires specific catering instructions such as using caterers, restaurants, grocery stores or your own chef skills. Specific details are also observed such as flower arrangements, magazine – more... requests or allergy concerns. The creativity of this position is very exciting. The challenging part is wanting to do as much as possible for each flight but not being able to as flights are last minute and time constraints cause limits. – less

Pros: needed knowledge nationwide with homeowners.
Cons: long work hours, economy can not support this knowledge.
The problem with the economy is the mortgage loans that were given to homeowners for the past 10 years. So many homeowners are punished with the bad loans that were given out. Challenger educates homeowners on how to Challenge their lenders on the incorrect and illegal activities that the banks and mortgage companies has done to them.

Un día típico de trabajo era llegar a un almacén limpiar revisar averías revisar inventario mirar novedades de la competencia por ejemplo si bajo un precio nuevos productos cualidades de cada producto ventas del día anterior y luego de esto ponerme a vender
