We are currently looking for 2 Driver Services Administrators to join our Cambridge Operations Department
Paperwork management, including filing load paperwork, issuing paperwork to drivers, verification of trip jacket documentation and other paperwork as required
Support to drivers such as answering enquiries, maintain and distribute driver supplies, check driver and unit files for distribution, yard management for assisting drivers with location of equipment within the yard
Verify and/or update information in Yard Management System
Other clerical duties such as providing directions to drivers, answering enquiries, and filing paperwork in drivers files as required
Excellent telephone manner and ability to initiate conversation
Positive, outgoing, friendly, unbiased
Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Good service orientation
Good computer skills
Monday to Friday – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday to Friday – 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
