Good company, large projects, and a decent amount of opportunity. Company struggles slightly finding it's foot print, but otherwise a great place to work and grow. Work to personal life balance is best I have encountered.

CH2MHILL is one of the great employers to work for. There is a good strategy, management, talent, and advancement opportunities and culture in place.
